About Martin

Martin Private Limited was founded in 2018 and works with a limited number of clients at a time. Most of them are small trading, service and distribution businesses that have outgrown doing everything themselves but are not ready for a full in-house team. We handle supplier sourcing and negotiation, purchase and delivery tracking, invoicing and record keeping, and the recurring paperwork that tends to slip. Every engagement starts with a short review of how things run today, followed by a written scope with fixed responsibilities and clear reporting, so you always know what is being handled and by whom.
